This module will help your caregivers learn how to manage stress through four steps: Awareness, Acceptance, Coping, and Action. This lesson also includes dozens of stress management tips that your caregivers can utilize during their daily work.

  • Define stress.
  • State at least two causes of stress.
  • State at least two symptoms of stress.
  • Manage stress by using four specific skills.
  • Explain how relaxation techniques help people cope with stress.
