1. How much do your inservices cost?
It depends on which plan you select. With our PRN Plan, each inservice sells for $48.00, but we have inservice "multi-packs" which offer three, six, or nine inservices at a time to save you money. We also have what we call our Silver, Gold and Platinum Plans, which are all designed to provide a year of inservice training. The choice is yours!

2. What is the difference between "paper" and "CD-ROM" format?
If you choose paper format, you'll receive each inservice in a plastic protective cover, and from that "master" you can make copies for your aides.

If you choose CD-ROM format, we'll put a PDF version of all your inservices on one CD. (With CD -ROM format, you may print out your own copies—in black and white or color, as desired.)

If you are ordering up to three topics, you may also select email format. We'll send one email for every inservice you order, with the PDF files attached. With email format, you avoid shipping costs and receive your inservices more quickly. 

3. What are the steps involved in ordering online?
Once you add an item into your shopping cart, you will click on the "To Checkout" button at the bottom of your screen. The next screen will ask you to either login (Members Only) or enter your contact information. Once you complete this and click "Continue", you will go to Step One of Three in the final checkout process. Here you can enter a reference or promotional code, select overnight shipping and decide on an inservice format. Step Two is where you will enter your payment method. This is your final review and once you click "Finalize Order", your order will go to us. Step Three is the order overview. You should print this for your records.

4. Can I place my order over the phone?
Sure! You may place your order by calling our toll-free number, (877) 809-5515, or by faxing us at (919) 490-4808. 

5. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we do. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

6. Can I be invoiced for my order?
Yes. We can bill you on net-30 day terms. Unless you tell us otherwise, your invoice will be included in your shipment.

7. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do. Just let us know your purchase order number and we'll add it to your invoice.
