Membership
1. Do I have to become a member of the Inservice Club to buy inservices? No, you do not have to become a member to buy inservices. A regular inservice costs $48.00. Members receive a
discount off the regular price, so there is an advantage to membership, but it is not required. You may also order inservice multi-packs in groups of 3, 6, 9 or 12.
2. Does it cost extra to be a member? There are no "hidden fees". You'll pay an upfront fee of $468.00 (although you can save up to $40.00 by placing your order online and prepaying). For that
enrollment fee, you'll receive everything you need to provide twelve quality inservices to your nurse aides. (In fact, you'll get a 13th inservice added on to your order absolutely free!)
When you
enroll in the Inservice Club, you'll also receive our Membership Kit, which we think really rounds out the inservice process for both you and your CNA's. It includes things like ID cards for the aides, sign-in
sheets for the instructor to keep track of who attended which inservice, certificates of completion that can be filled out and given to the aides, and several other things. It really makes the inservice a real
"turnkey" experience.
3. What is my obligation as an Inservice Club member? Inservice Club membership does not obligate you to anything beyond your initial membership
fee. We do send annual renewal invoices as a convenience; however, you are not required to continue membership or pay the renewal invoice.
Of course, once they've tried the Inservice Club, most of our members do choose to continue!
4. How do I renew my membership? Approximately one month before your Inservice Club
membership is set to expire, we will send you information in the mail regarding renewal. You may use this information to update your membership. If, for some reason, you have not received the renewal notice, please
contact us at 877-809-5515 and we will be glad to help.
5. What's the "Members Only" area of your web site? The Members Only area is where members go to order online and get their
membership discount. Inservice Club members are given special instructions on how to access this area of our web site.
6. I'm a CNA. Can I become a member by myself? As a CNA, you
may become a member by yourself. However, our pricing is designed for healthcare organizations with multiple aides. So, you may benefit from asking your employer to become a
member.
