1. I tried to download the free sample inservice but could not do so. Any suggestions?
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or higher is required to download an inservice. To determine if Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, try a small test file first. If you are still having problems, please call our office at 877-809-5515 and ask to speak with technical support.

2. What's the easiest way to find a specific inservice topic?
You may either type the topic name into the search field, look at the alphabetical topic list or call our office (877-809-5515) for assistance.

3. I'd like to show some information about In the Know to my administrator. What's the best way to do that?
