1. I tried to download the free sample inservice but could not do so. Any suggestions?
Adobe Acrobat 5 or higher is required to download an inservice. To determine if Acrobat 5 is installed on your computer, try a small test file first.  If you are still having problems, please call our office at 877-809-5515 and ask to speak with technical support.

2. What's the easiest way to find a specific inservice topic?
You may either type the topic name into the search field, look at the alphabetical topic list or call our office (877-809-5515) for assistance.

3. I'd like to show some information about In the Know to my administrator. What's the best way to do that?
Be sure to download our free sample inservice to show both your administrator and your nursing assistants.  To register for the free download, please click here. We think the inservices sell themselves. If you registered on our website, you will get a small catalog in the mail with lots of information to present. Should you need something else, please feel free to let us know.
